Kiva Moya
NATURE RETREAT

flowing from
SOURCE
A ceremonial journey with Water & Mycelium
30TH MAY - 1ST JUNE 2025
A remembering. A return to flow.
Before the sun was born, before the land formed, there was Water.
The sacred vessel.
The womb through which life first moved.
The memory keeper of all that has ever been.
This retreat is a ceremonial invitation to remember this.
Held at Kiva Moya, SOURCE is not a teaching -
it is a remembering.
A soul-deep reconnection with the Waters within and around you.
Through ceremony, guided practices, and sacred plant allies, we open to the wisdom that Water holds:
how to soften,
how to surrender,
how to be reshaped by grace.
You are not coming to learn about Water.
You are coming to remember that
you are Water.
Vast. Fluid.
Creation in motion.

This Journey is for those who feel the quiet pull...
For those who have heard the voice of the Waters - in dreams, in silence, in the spaces between.
For those who feel something stirring beneath the surface - a longing to live more gently, more honestly, more in flow.
For those walking through change, seeking clarity,
or simply needing to exhale into the arms of the earth.
For those carrying stories that did not begin with them - and wish to honour and release what no longer needs to be held.

THE FLOW FOR THE WEEKEND
Alongside our ceremonial journey, there will be spacious time for rest, reflection, nourishing meals, gentle conversation, and slow walks on the land. What follows is an outline of the rhythm we will walk together.

Friday
We begin with gentle arrival and settling into the stillness of the land. As the sun sets, we begin with isifuta - an African Herbal Steam ceremony using indigenous herbs to purify, clear, and prepare the body as a vessel of prayer and presence.
This marks our entry into the world of Water.
In the steam, in the womb, we begin the first waves of release.

Saturday
Morning:
We gather in circle to explore the Spirit of Water through guided quantum hypnosis journey, water practices, silence, and reflection.
This is a time to open the senses, deepen the breath, and allow the body to listen. A time to anchor your intention for the afternoons Ceremony.
Through these practices, we connect with the elemental intelligence of Water - its power to dissolve, nourish, and remember.
Afternoon:
In the afternoon, we step into a Mycelial Medicine Ceremony with sacred plant allies, guided with deep reverence and care.
The Waters will hold us as we journey inward - cleansing the emotional body, dissolving what no longer serves, and reconnecting with the currents of intuition, clarity, and soul-truth.

Sunday
We close our time together in a morning circle to ground, to share, and to begin integration.
As we prepare to return to the world, we carry with us the gifts of Water: clarity, flow, softness, and a deeper sense of connection to our sacred Source.

This retreat is for those ready to move with the currents of change, to soften what has become rigid, and to be reshaped by the intelligence of Water.
